Alex MacDougall (Cornwall)
Alex is the current president of the Board of Directors of the Family Counselling Centre of Cornwall and United Counties, where he has been a Board member for the past 5 years.  He is a engineer by trade and is recently retired from an executive position with Domtar Inc. 

Vice - President
Leslie Josling (Townsend)
Leslie is the Executive Director of K-W Counselling Services in Kitchener.  Formerly, she was the Family Services Manager at Haldimand-Norfolk R.E.A.C.H. She had overseen the delivery of counselling services in the Haldimand-Norfolk community for over a decade.  Leslie has particular expertise in the area of domestic violence, and has been an active advocate at both the local and provincial level.

Karen Zanutto (Fonthill)
Karen is a Human Resource professional with her own consulting practice.  Her experience and training includes both the design and management of Human Resource Management Systems and training/facilitation of individuals and groups in management skills such as team building, conflict resolution, strategic planning, etc. Karen is a former Board member and President of Family and Children's Services, Niagara in St. Catharines.

Susan McCawley (Toronto)
Susan is a retired lawyer, who specialized in family law.  She was the president of the Board of Directors of Family Services of Peel and remains involved with one of their Board committees. Susan is also a member of the FSO Accreditation Committee and was its' Chair from 2001 to 2004.

Elisha Laker (Newmarket)
Elisha is the Executive Director of Family Services York Region.  He has been very supportive of FSO's government relations work and he is especially interested in the success of the Families and Schools Together program.

Connie McLeod  (Thunder Bay)
Connie is a retired school principal from Thunder Bay who has also worked as a program manager in the children’s mental health field. She has also served as president of the Board of  Directors of the Thunder Bay Counselling Centre.Connie has been in leadership positions in both her professional and volunteer life, which includes Artisans Northwest, the Children’s Centre of  Thunder Bay and  Caring Hearts Thunder Bay. 

Heather Bebb (Barrie) 
Heather is the Executive Director of Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County.She has served on the Board of Directors of the David Busby Street Centre in Barrie and the Canadian Mental Health Association - Barrie Simcoe Branch.                                                                      

Alex Connoy (St. Thomas)
Alex is currently Past Chair of the Board of Family Services Thames Valley in London. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Community Counselling Centre in North Bay, the  YMCA in St. Thomas where he was the Treasurer, and the St. Anne’s Festival. Alex is an Accountant and is currently semi-retired, working part-time on a contract basis. 

Kate Power (Guelph)
Kate is the Executive Director of Family Counselling and Support Services in Guelph. Her volunteer work includes various not-for-profit Boards of Directors, including the Ontario Association of Social Workers where she is the current Board President (2011). Kate is a social worker and a dynamic advocate for the profession and for vulnerable people in Ontario

Patrick Au (Toronto)
Patrick has been the Executive Director of Chinese Family Services in Toronto since 1989. A social worker by training Patrick is a specialist of issues of mental health and addictions, and is consulted regularly by the authorities and the media on this subject. Patrick’s knowledge of the largest immigrant community in Toronto brings a new and welcomed dimension to the Board of Family Service Ontario.
